商圏分析ツール

商圏分析は、店舗のように立地により利用者が限定される事業で、事業所の所在地に基づき、ターゲットとする地域を重要度別に1次、2次のように順位をつけて分類する分析手法です。地図上に商圏を描いてみることにより、「自社・店舗のお客様がどこにいるか」を視覚的に理解できます。分析の結果は新規に出店や移転する場合の不動産の選定や、既存店舗でのチラシ広告の折り込み・看板などの設置の際に判断の基準になります。このアプリは、指定した地点から距離に基づいて、1次商圏、2次商圏、3次商圏を市町村別に色分けして表示します。色分けされた地域にマーカーを置いて市町村名も表示させることもできます。お客様アンケートの結果などと照らし合わせて、課題を発見しましょう。また1次・2次・3次を区別するのに適切な距離は業種、地域によっても変わりますので、距離は設定画面で自由に変更できます。境界データは東京23区についてはアプリに内蔵されています。ほかの地域については、政府の統計情報サイトE-statよりダウンロードして、ダウンロードディレクトリの配下のShokenMapというディレクトリを作成して配置すると、自動的に読み込まれます。http://e-stat.go.jp/SG2/eStatGIS/page/download.html上記のサイトに移動し、以下の手順を行ってください。[Step1：統計調査（集計）を選択]で[国勢調査]-[平成27年国勢調査(小地域)]を選択[Step2：統計表を選択]で[男女別人口総数及び世帯総数]にチェックを入れ[統計表各表データダウンロードへ]ボタンを押す[Step3：地域選択]で都道府県を選択し、データを取得したい市町村を選んで[検索]ボタンを押す[Step4：データダウンロード]で、右の[境界データ]の一番下に表示される[世界測地系緯度経度・GML形式]をクリックするダウンロードされるデータはzip形式で圧縮されています。ダウンロード完了後、zip形式のファイルを展開できるアプリを使って展開してください。ダウンロードディレクトリの下にShokenMapディレクトリを作成し、展開された中の.gmlファイルをそこにコピーしてください。（もちろん、直接展開先に指定してもいいです。また同時に展開される.xsdファイルは本アプリでは使用しません。）Trade area analysis is a business where the user is limited by the location as the store, based on the location of the office, the primary regional targeting by importance, analysis technique for classifying with a rank as secondary is.By try to draw a commercial area on the map, you can visually understand the "customers or where you are in the house and stores."
